At tryalthina, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not typically processed on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers located in the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

Shipping Origin and Carriers

Orders are shipped from our warehouse partners in China.

For the international portion of delivery, we use YunExpress. Once the package arrives in the United States, final delivery is typically completed by USPS.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is a flat rate of $3.99 per order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after it has been sent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or tracking has not updated for an extended period of time, please contact us at:

Address Changes

Address changes are allowed before your order has shipped.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Once an order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
